Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Goods eligible for return or exchange must:

- not have been used;
- retain their original appearance;
- have intact original packaging;
- have all branded labels, tags, and stickers attached.

To process an exchange:

- contact us at +38 067 185 88 94 to reserve a replacement item;
- send the item via Nova Poshta.
Within 3 days, expect the exchange parcel at your branch.
