Delivery and Payment Terms
To Nova Poshta Branches and Parcel Lockers
You can choose a convenient delivery method:
- to a Nova Poshta branch
- to a Nova Poshta parcel locker
- Nova Poshta courier delivery
Delivery time and cost within Ukraine depend on the carrier company.
Delivery time: delivery to a Nova Poshta branch takes 1-3 days. Order processing takes 1-4 days.
Order payment:
— to the sole proprietor account
— via WayForPay payment system
Please note, we ship goods with full payment upon receipt without prepayment. However, if you did not pick up your previous parcel, the next one may only be shipped with full prepayment of the order or advance payment of the delivery cost.
Important!
Parcels are stored at the branch for 6 days; on the 7th day, automatic return is initiated!
Parcels in parcel lockers are stored for 3 days, after which they are redirected to the nearest branch.
International Delivery: Nova Poshta
Delivery time and cost depend on the carrier company.
Customs clearance is paid by the buyer upon receiving the goods (cost depends on the customs regulations of the recipient country).
Delivery time: 7-10 days. Order processing takes 1-4 days.
